The author speaks of Jesus as "Son of David," "Son of Man," "Son of God," and "Savior." Which designation most powerfully speaks to the human dilemma, first that, "the world is made for the body; the body is made for the soul; the soul is made for God," and second that "we cannot be at peace with others because we are not at peace with ourselves, and we cannot be at peace with ourselves because we are not at peace with God"?

Love starts with God. Then ourselves. It's taken a long time for me to get passed everything else. This chapter hit it exactly.. The last sentence reveals our problem in society, "taking ownership" of ourselves. It's not the churches job. Nor the pastors or your parents it's your job to seek and obey..
